The Council shall serve as the supreme judicial authority over the Friki collective and the Streamer.
1. Guidance of the Frikis: The Council shall provide a moral and behavioral compass for all community members, ensuring that the "Friki" identity remains one of chaotic yet organized devotion.
2. Accountability Measures: The Council is formally empowered to investigate, document, and prosecute the various "crimes" of Miki. No missed high-note, technical scuff, or questionable take shall go unjudged.
The Council hereby establishes the standing High Tribunal of Twitch Accountability, a special commission dedicated to the forensic monitoring of Miki.
Surveillance Protocols
The Tribunal is authorized to maintain a 24/7 audit log of all live broadcasts, VOD’s, social media statements, and technical failures. Every "scuff," every "womp-womp," and every "totally intended" input error will be logged.
The Penal Code of Chaos
Offences include: Undeserved Technical Difficulty, Felony of the Missed High Note, Violation of Lore-Breaking Takes, and Misdemeanor of Low-Energy Transmissions.
Adjudication and Sentencing
• Curation: Identify and elevate works that capture the essence of the community.
• Distribution: Ensure "Miki Lore" is preserved for future generations.
• Council Art: Art produced by Council members is preserved under the FANART Document Tab.
Life Support Protocols: Implementation of measures to ensure the Offline Chat remains a living, breathing entity 24/7.
The Eternal Vigil: No chat shall be left in silence; fostering continuous discourse, memes, and camaraderie during broadcast dormancy.

This document contains private information about The Cult's: beliefs, inner workings, key members/figures, The Council, and former/expelled members. Sharing this with anyone not associated or blacklisted from The Cult is considered heresy and you will be branded and sentenced accordingly.
While we believe our Holy Mother and Goddess Miki has and can do no wrong there is a separate group dedicated to documenting what they believe are her crimes. This will be the ONLY group The Cult and Council will officially acknowledge and endorse. Any other groups that claim to be offsets or sub-branches should be considered heresy and not interacted with. Any attempts at claiming as such or trying to publicly/privately align yourself with these groups will be met with punishment and possible exile from The Cult.

This holy document details the beliefs and traditions of the cult that worships the Holy Mother, DokiDoMiki. It highlights the virtue of our religion and the degeneracy all the same. We are all DokiDoFrikis, baptized in Holy Monster and committed to the sacrament of gooning. May the Cult of Miki's message spread to the ends of the earth and may Her reign be eternal.
The Holy Mother goes by many names; DokiDoMiki, Miki, The Creature, Girlfailure, etc. Despite all these different names and titles, one truth remains plain, She is the epitome of girlfailure. Her goons are many and Her showers are few. Her very veins are made of pure Monster and Her sleep schedule is inconceivable to the mortal mind. We worship the Holy Mother, not out of fear or under forced hand, but because we worship the qualities of our Creature. We give generous donations to The Creature to support. We watch Her streams to embrace Her presence and bear witness to Her Holy Body.
The most dedicated of all the Holy Mother's servants. Bug is a girlfailure of unmatched intensity, only surpassed by DokiDoMiki of course. Her faith in The Creature knows no bounds. All worshippers of The Creature should aspire to be as faithful as Pope Bug. Her kindness, her spirit, her "moe", and unapologetic attitude are all traits that we should aspire to emulate. May you forever be blessed with Dr. Pepper and good goons BugCreature.
The Frikis consist of separate sects, the Subs and the Followers. The Followers consist of the general body of the Frikis. They are ones who may have just discovered The Creature, that lurk in the chatrooms, or who have not yet dedicated their funds to worshipping The Creature. They are not any less special than the Subs, as all Frikis are truly amazing people. The Subs have donated a considerable amount of their funds to supporting The Creature, or they have been gifted the amazing privilege by another Friki.
The ones that have yet to discover The Creature or are yet to interact with The Cult in any way. Any sort of interaction/introducing of Cult or Creature related topics must be handled carefully and mustn't be forced. After the initial discovery and conversion process they will be welcomed with open arms. There's no such thing as "will they join?" It's only a matter of when. They will join eventually.
Head of the Council and Author of the Holy Doctrine. Cardinal Yasuke was the one who originally brought the cult idea into reality. He was NOT EXPECTING IT TO GAIN SO MUCH TRACTION, but alas. He monitors the work of his cult and ensures the beliefs stay within doctrine. No heresy shall escape his sight. May his Monster collection continue to grow and may he continue to party hard.
Despite multiple sightings of this Gūji, no place of origin is known. He's able to take many forms. Do beware, as he can't be fooled easily. If he feels threatened by you, there will be consequences. This Gūji is said to be a beautiful yet mysterious creature within the Cult. He is open to all. The Gūji will listen and respond to your questions. Trust in the Gūji. He will save us. Do not anger him. Under further investigation per orders of the Council.

Like the moon, he lights the way for fellow Gooners and Homies. Although he has schizophrenia, he is a very chill guy and can lock in when needed. He loves to be there for friends, family, and everyone in between. Also very funny sometimes. Very nice, very easy to talk to. Looks forward to making friends with everyone.
Appeared to the Cult after what's known as the █████ ██████ █████████ Incident, though his origin and species are currently unknown. Is known for effectively obtaining funds by any means necessary and meticulous management. Stealing is heavily not recommended as former member ████ ████ was taken and ███ ███████ █████ ███ ██████ ████ before being expelled from the Cult. After his promotion [DATA EXPUNGED]
Former nomad of many long years before entering the Cult. Initially being lost he was drawn to Mother Miki's Holy Aura. Became well known for his enthusiasm for Cult activities and has graciously helped motivate other members. Well known for being the fastest member to gain a seat on The Council while also being a new member. No one is sure how he did it, not even The Council.
Sent on expedition to neighboring server. Scouts sent after delayed return and were only able to find robe, pendant, and trace amounts of his hair. Future expeditions to server [REDACTED] are strictly prohibited.
Former Sacred Protector of The Cult. Turned to an enemy of The Cult after being brainwashed by heretics during the [REDACTED] Raid and was arrested and charged after the subsequent riot. Has been branded for her crimes and remains imprisoned to this day. Replaced by Shadyy.
Attempted to make reformations to The Cult without Council knowledge and approval. Was branded for heresy and banished after many Council meetings. No longer in Cult occupied land but exact location is unknown.
Slowly started becoming increasingly more erratic than usual and missed multiple Council meetings. Investigation started after being absent for 2 weeks. No trace left other than indecipherable scribblings left covering their quarters. Situation and status unknown and unlikely to be discovered.
Update: Status: Infested
Approach with extreme caution. The Gūji has dealt with the situation. Decontamination procedures are at high priority. All members were heavily recommended to temporary quarantine per the Gūji's instructions. All is safe.
Former Guūji and former mentor of the current one. She has been branded for her crimes of treason against The Cult. She'll stay in her prison and be guarded by her own student. Val has replaced her role, taking the mantle and becoming the new Gūji for the cult. May he receive our condolences for the outcome of what was once a valuable member.
